Human Is Offline is operated by Uladzimir Shlykau in Belarus. Contact the operator at support@humanisoffline.com.

You may use Human Is Offline to create cards, publish public links, store private linked content, and receive inbox requests. You are responsible for your account, the links you publish, and all content you submit.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights required to host, display, transmit, secure, and operate that content as part of the service. Do not publish content you do not have the right to share.

• Do not abuse, harass, impersonate, spam, or deceive others.
• Do not upload illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
• Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service for malware, phishing, or credential theft.

Public card links are intended for access by people and agents. Private links may unlock encrypted content for anyone who holds the link; the fragment acts as bearer access control. You are responsible for safeguarding private links. We cannot restore lost private keys.

Human Is Offline is a public beta and is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or access for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or to protect the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Is Offline is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version and effective date here. Continued use after any required re-acceptance means the new version applies. Questions, legal notices, and abuse reports may be sent to support@humanisoffline.com.
